  • How does the BreastExpress service work?

    You can hire a Hospital Grade Breast Pump or buy your own Personal Pump from BreastExpress as well as choose from our exciting range of other products.

    Simply visit our homepage and click on the appropriate tile. You can view and choose your selected items here and proceed to the checkout for payment and delivery details.

    You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is complete.  Your order will normally arrive the same day  or next day if you are in the Sydney Metropolitan area.If your order is placed  on a Friday, weekend or Public Holiday your order will be processed the next working day (Sydney metropolitan locations). For the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Southern Highlands your delivery will arrive within two to three days.For return of the Hire Pump after the hire period & “unable to deliver” returns an additional fee will be charged.For further afield, please request detailed delivery and costing by email to info@breastexpress.com.au

  • How do I hire a breast pump?

    You can order a Hospital Grade Breast Pump through BreastExpress here online or telephone on 1300 500 646.

  • To order online, simply visit our homepage and click on the Hire Breast Pump tile. View and choose your selected items here and proceed to the checkout for payment and delivery details.

    Note: if you do not own a compatible collection kit, you will need to select for purchase a Single or Dual Kit for your hired Hospital Grade Breast Pump.

    The BreastExpress hire period for a Hospital Grade Breast Pump is one month (28 days or min 14 days). We don’t have complicated offers – this is a straightforward offer!

    You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is complete. This will include a $200 deposit which is refunded at the end of the hire period when the breast pump is returned clean and in good order .

    If your order is placed on weekdays your Breast Pump will normally arrive the same day  or next day for  Sydney metropolitan locations.   To ensure same day delivery please phone 1300 500  646 or email info@breastexpress.com.au.

    If your order is placed on a  weekend or Public Holiday we can deliver by special arrangement. 

    If you are in the Sydney Metropolitan area the delivery charge is $20.00 return. For Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Southern Highlands areas the delivery fee is $24.00. This covers Delivery & Pick Up at the end of the Hire Period.

    For other areas including delivery outside NSW please request detailed delivery and costing by email to info@breastexpress.com.au.

    BreastExpress will contact you once your pump has been delivered to answer any queries you may have.

    When your Hire Period is nearing its end we will make contact to discuss either an extension of the Hire Period or to arrange collection. Perhaps at this time you might consider the purchase of a Personal Pump.

  • How do I buy a breast pump?

    You can purchase a personal breast pump through BreastExpress here.

    To order online, simply visit our homepage and click on the Buy Breast Pump tile. View and choose your selected items here and proceed to the checkout for payment and delivery details.

    You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is complete.

    If your order is placed on  weekdays your Breast Pump will normally arrive the same day  or next day for Sydney metropolitan locations.

  • If your order is placed on a Friday, weekend or Public Holiday your order will arrive the next working day by Australia Post express to the many & varied areas Australia Post cover Australia wide. You may like to check with us for more immediate delivery options.

    For the Sydney Metropolitan area the delivery charge is $20.00. For Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Southern Highlands  kindly check with us.

    For further afield, please request detailed delivery and costing by email to info@breastexpress.com.au.

  • When will the breast pump arrive?

    If your order is placed on  weekdays your items will normally arrive the same day or next day for Sydney metropolitan locations.  To ensure same day delivery please phone 1300 500 646 or email info@breastexpress.com.au.

    If your order is placed on a Friday, weekend or Public Holiday, your items will arrive on the next working day (metro locations).

    If you are in a rural or further afield location, please request an approximate delivery by contacting info@breastexpress.com.au

    You can track the delivery of your order. Login to our courier for  BreastExpress with your email and enter the Order Reference Number provided in the order confirmation email. Click the courier link for delivery status update.

  • Can I increase the hire period?

    The BreastExpress service allows for a hire period of a month at a time (28 days min. 14 days) for Hospital Grade Breast Pumps.

    You can increase the hire period by an additional month or more at anytime. Simply email info@breastexpress.com.au or call 1300 500 646.

    The fee for an extra week/s is charged at the same rate as the original per month hire fee. Please contact us to discuss extended hire periods less than one month.

  • Do I have to have a ‘collection kit’ to use a Hospital Grade breast pump?

    Yes. If you do not already own a compatible Milk Collection Kit, these are available for purchase. Click here.

    Our Milk Collection Kits are those recommended by the manufacturers to be used with the Hospital Grade Breast Pumps to reduce the risk of contamination to mother or baby.

  • Should I choose Ameda or Medela?

    BreastExpress has chosen to offer both Ameda and Medela products as these are the recommended products that are used in all hospitals Australia wide.

    Both products have their benefits. The decision to choose either will come down to your preference or perhaps your previous experience while in hospital.

  • Who do I contact if there is a problem with the breast pump?

    Please email us at info@breastexpress.com.au ensuring you include your Order Reference Number.

  • Who do I contact if my pump has not arrived?

    You can track the delivery of your order. Login to the  Courier link with the Delivery Tracking Number provided in our Order Confirmation email together with your email address. Click the courier link for delivery status update.

  • Who can I contact to discuss breastfeeding in more depth?

    Your GP should be a point of contact for further information and appropriate advice on breastfeeding.

    The Australian Breastfeeding Association website www.breastfeeding.asn.au is a good information resource. Their Breastfeeding Helpline can be reached on 1800 mum 2 mum (1800 686 2 686).
